I am motivated by a continuous desire to better the work lives of my colleagues so they can thrive in their pursuit of changing the world. I believe when we have good systems and tools, effective management/leadership, and a strong sense of purpose, we have greater satisfaction at work (and in turn at home).

I am an HR Leader with several years of demonstrated experience in Generalist and Business Partner roles in both fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and large, matrixed organizations. I help companies by investigating employee data, getting to the root of organizational issues, telling data-driven stories to advocate for change, and designing and implementing talent initiatives  in alignment with organizational values and strategic priorities.
