  • Serve as project manager for the People & Culture 5-year strategic planning process, driving a workstream of cross-functional staff to recommend programs and solutions that will enable RPA’s mission over the next 5 years in areas such as Leadership + Culture, Talent + Skills and HR infrastructure.

  • Lead implementation on several Talent-related initiatives in People & Culture Plan, including a Leadership Development program, DEI Learning & Development program, and a new Job Architecture and Competency framework.

  • Partner with CHRO and Consultant on the DEI Learning and Development program to create alignment between training content/program design with RPA’s DEI Statement, values, and development needs. Ensure a psychologically safe environment for staff to show up as their true selves, connect with and learn from each other, and embed a DEI lens in the work we do to further our mission.

  • Facilitate the end-to-end annual performance review + planning process for 100+ employees, including Executive Team performance calibration, managing enhancements to the cloud-based system, coaching/guiding employees and managers through the process, facilitating executive team performance calibration meetings, analyzing performance and compensation data to finalize promotions, merit increases and incentive awards, and administering individual compensation statements to staff.

  • During stage of rapid organizational growth, lead recruitment efforts to properly staff and resource various departments. Filled 29 positions in one year, maintaining an average time to fill of 56 days.

  • Improved efficiency of various processes:

  • Streamlined onboarding process by identifying duplicative efforts and creating templates and tools for remote candidate experience

  • Automated reports for monthly payroll and benefit requirements to reduce time and manual work required for financial reporting

  • Designed new non-exempt timesheet template that reduced manual calculations and room for error in payroll processing

  • Project managed the overhaul of the HR content on the company intranet to enable employee self-service
